Property Contract terms with | BY GRB

1. Refund of Token Payment:

The token payment is refundable within fifteen (15) days of payment.

2. Minimum Term of Agreement:

The minimum term of this agreement is six (6) months. In the event that the hotel wishes to terminate the agreement prior to the end of this term, the hotel will be required to pay the difference of the discounted amount.

3. Termination and Transfer of OTA Listing:

In the event of termination, the Online Travel Agency (OTA) listing will only be transferred upon full settlement of any outstanding payments and provision of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by | BY GRB.

4. Consequences of Non-Payment or Early Termination:

Any non-payment or early termination will result in the deletion of the listing. | BY GRB assumes no responsibility or accountability in such scenarios.

5. Activation of Property Listing:

The property listing on the OTA will only be made live upon the completion of the onboarding fee.

6. Bookings and Customer Engagement:

 | BY GRB does not guarantee any bookings. | BY GRB’s efforts are focused on building visibility and creating strategies to enhance customer engagement.

7. Liability for Promises or Commitments:

| BY GRB is not liable for any promises or commitments made by any employee or authorized representatives outside the terms agreed upon between the property and | BY GRB.

8. Changes in Taxes or Service Fees:

Any changes in taxes or service fees from the OTA will be borne by the hotel.

​

9. Entitlement Upon Termination:

Upon termination of this agreement, the property will not be entitled to any products or  services mentioned as part of the agreement.

10. For the avoidance of doubt, 'Net Price' is the amount received by the hotel after the adjustment of commission payable to the OTA and the relavant transaction charges, as applicable. For example, If the Booking Price on the OTA is Rs.5000/RoomNight, and the OTA commisssion is assumed at 12%, and The Transaction Charges is say 1%, then the Net Price will be Rs.5000 minus 12% minus 1%=4350. Payment Settlement to be done in the 1st week of the next month.

 

11. The hotel acknowledges and agrees that the service provider will include BYGRB along with property's name in the OTA listing.
